Meet Melanie

Melanie's background is in electrical engineering and operations leadership, where she learned how employees at all levels of an organization understand and process change.  In her time at Entergy Corporation, Melanie led the change management effort for a large portfolio of transformational technology projects, including all of the stakeholder engagement, learning, and culture transformation required to support the programs.  Following implementation, Melanie took on the challenge of furthering adoption, coaching on and developing new ways of working, incorporating data and process improvements enabled by technology investment. 

In her consulting practice, Melanie works with her clients to build and develop their change management organizations, strategies, and collateral to deliver project success. 

Melanie's early career included roles at Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company, where she contributed to electrical design, quality assurance, and manufacturing support for the Space Shuttle External Tank program. She holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, underscoring her commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement.
